• Take  I-95 North to the Spaulding Turnpike (Spaulding later becomes Rt. 16)
• Take Route 16 North to the blinking light in Chocorua Village
• At intersection of Rt. 16 & Rt. 113, turn left onto Rt. 113 West
• Take a quick right to stay on Rt. 113
• Travel on Rt. 113 for about 3/4 of a mile
• Turn right onto Philbrick Neighborhood Road (after Inn sign)

From Manchester, NH:

• Take I-93 North to Exit 23
• Take Rt. 104 East to Rt. 3
• Take left onto Rt. 3 North
• Take right onto Rt. 25 East
• Take left onto Rt. 113 East (note: this is the second Rt. 113 off Rt. 25)
• Follow Rt. 113 East (note: route takes left turn after 3/4 mile)
• After 3 miles, turn right to stay on Rt. 113 East
• After 3 miles, turn left onto Philbrick Neighborhood Road (at Inn sign)

From Conway, NH ( and other points north):

• Take Route 16 South to the blinking light in Chocorua Village
• At intersection of Rt. 16 & Rt. 113, turn right onto Rt. 113 West
• Take a quick right to stay on Rt. 113
• Travel on Rt. 113 for about 3/4 of a mile
• Turn right onto Philbrick Neighborhood Road (after Inn sign)
